GENERAL INFORMATION
★ By purchasing any of my services you’re automatically accepting my Terms of Service.★ Work days: Monday to Friday.★ The digital file will be sent to the client via email or download link.★ Will do: OC, Fan art, Furry, Sonic FC/OC, Humans, Mechas (Not to detailed), Banners and emotes.★ Won’t do: realism, detailed backgrounds, hate art, guns, old people.
PAYMENT
★ Payment must be made in advance and in full before starting any artwork.★ Due to the digital nature of the product, returns and refunds are not accepted once the final file has been delivered. If there is a problem with the file, support will be offered to resolve the issue.- Payment method: Paypal invoice.- Prices in USD.
PROCESS AND DELIVERY
★ Please note that I will start the commissions per purchase order, which means that if someone bought before you, then the other customer will be a priority. however, you will be notified when you start your order.★ TAT: 7 days - 3 weeks.
(Depending on the type of commission, the simplest ones will be finished the same day or the next).★ Work in 3 stages: sketch, base color and final design.
During the sketch and base color stage you can ask me for any corrections you consider necessary until you approve the artwork.
REFUND // CANCELATION POLICY
★ The client can request a refund before and during the sketch process only.
In case I already started with the sketch, the client will receive a %65 of the payment.★ Refunds won't cover PayPal fees.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
★ If your commission will be private let me know.★ In case you want to make merchandise with my illustrations, you must pay an extra $50 for Commercial License.★ I, ZEBZ (the artist) have the right to use my designs to:
1. Promote my work on any platform (X, Instagram, Facebook, etc).
2. Publish it on my social media whenever I want.★ The buyer is allowed to:
1. Give personal use to the illustration/design on the social network you want. Such as: profile photo, banners, covers, as long as you do not directly profit from my art.
2. Print the illustration★ You're not allowed to:
1. Claim my artwork as yours or delete my signature.
2. Sell merchandise with my artwork without having paid the Commercial License.
Términos y condiciones
INFORMACIÓN GENERAL
★ Al comprar cualquiera de mis servicios, aceptas automáticamente mis Términos de Servicio.★ Días laborables: Lunes a Viernes.★ El archivo digital se enviará al cliente a través de correo electrónico o enlace de descarga.★ Si hago: Personajes originales (O.C), Fan art, Furry, Sonic FC/OC, Humanos, Mechas (No demasiado detallados), Banners y emotes.★ No hago: realismo, fondos detallados, arte de odio, armas, personas mayores.
PAGO
★ El pago debe hacerse por adelantado y en su totalidad antes de comenzar cualquier obra de arte.★ Debido a la naturaleza digital del producto, no se aceptan devoluciones y reembolsos una vez entregado el archivo final. Si hay un problema con el archivo, se ofrecerá soporte para resolver el problema.- Método de pago: Factura de Paypal.- Precios en Dólares.- Para los de Argentina, acepto pagos vía Ualá y/o Cuenta DNI (Cualquier agregado opcional a la ilustración será cobrado al precio actual del Dolar Blue).
PROCESO Y ENVÍO
★ Tenga en cuenta que comenzaré las comisiones por orden de compra, lo que significa que si alguien compró antes que usted, entonces el otro cliente será una prioridad. sin embargo, se le notificará cuando comience su pedido.★ Tiempo de espera: 7 días - 3 semanas.
(Dependiendo el tipo de comisión, las más simples se terminarán el mismo día o al siguiente)★ Trabajo en 3 etapas: boceto, color base y diseño final.
- Durante la etapa de boceto y color base, puedes pedirme las correcciones que consideres necesarias hasta que apruebes la obra de arte.
REEMBOLSO // POLíTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
★ El cliente puede solicitar un reembolso solo antes y durante el proceso de boceto.
En caso de que ya haya comenzado con el boceto, el cliente recibirá un %65 del pago.★ Los reembolsos no cubrirán las tarifas de PayPal.
DERECHOS DE AUTOR
★ Si tu comisión será privada, házmelo saber.★ En caso de que quieras hacer merchandising con mis ilustraciones, debes pagar un extra de $50 usd por Licencia Comercial.★ Yo, ZEBZ (el artista) tengo derecho a utilizar mis diseños para:
1. Promocionar mi trabajo en cualquier plataforma (X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
2. Publicarlo en mis redes sociales cuando quiera.★ El comprador puede:
1. Darle un uso personal a la ilustración/diseño en la red social que desee (foto de perfil, banners, siempre y cuando no lucres directamente con la ilustración).
2. Imprimir la ilustración★ No tienes permitido:
1. Reclamar mi trabajo como tuyo o borrar mi firma.
2. Vender mercancía con mi trabajo sin haber pagado la Licencia Comercial.
